商品説明 着心地の良さと日常に馴染むシルエットを、ヴィンテージの作りで表現したジップフーディです。 糸の種類や番手の組み合わせを検討して製作した、オリジナルの丸胴ボディを裁断して使用しているため、柔らかな風合いが特徴です。 吊り編み機でゆっくりと編み立てた丸胴生地を裁断して使っているので、裏起毛もリッチな仕上がりに。 着込むことで徐々に生地が馴染み、ヴィンテージ同様に表情が深まっていきます。 裾リブは胴囲をやや短めに設定し、伸ばしながらボディに縫い付けています。裾が自然に絞られ、丸みのあるシルエットを形成する昔ながらの縫製仕様です。 ポケット口はコの字型にステッチを施し、強度を高めたヴィンテージの仕様を再現しています。 WALDES製ファスナーを採用し、ベル型デザインの引き手でヴィンテージライクな表情に仕上げました。 フードのドローコードにはコットン素材を使用し、生成りの色合いによる柔らかな印象を加えています。 ブランドタグは、綿とレーヨン糸を用い、旧式織機で織り上げています。ヴィンテージの空気感を損なわないデザインとし、流行に左右されない表情に仕上げています。 A zip hoodie that expresses both comfort and a silhouette that naturally fits into everyday wear, constructed with vintage-inspired methods. The body is made by cutting an original tubular fabric, developed through careful consideration of yarn types and counts, resulting in a soft and supple texture. The loopwheel-knitted fabric is slowly produced and then cut, creating a richly brushed interior. With continued wear, the fabric gradually softens and develops a deeper character, much like vintage garments. The hem rib is set slightly shorter in circumference and sewn onto the body while being stretched, a traditional construction that naturally shapes the hem and creates a rounded silhouette. The pocket openings are reinforced with U-shaped stitching, reproducing a vintage detail designed for durability. A WALDES zipper is used, finished with a bell-shaped pull for a vintage-like appearance. The hood drawcord is made from cotton, adding a soft impression with its natural, unbleached tone. The brand label is woven on a traditional shuttle loom using cotton and rayon yarns. Its design preserves a vintage sensibility, resulting in a timeless expression that is not influenced by trends.
