商品説明 ヴィンテージジーンズを分解・研究し、縫い代の幅や微妙なアールに至るまで細部を見直して設計した、14オンスのセルビッチデニム5ポケットジーンズです。 1960年代のややテーパードが入ったスタンダード・ストレートをベースにシルエットを構築。クラシックなバランスを踏襲しながら、現代でも自然に馴染むシルエットに整えています。 生地にはあえて生機（きばた）のセルビッチデニムを使用。防縮や毛焼きなどの整理加工を施していないため、 穿き込むことで生地の捻れや毛羽立ちが現れ、細部に独特な色落ちと風合いが生まれます。 ディテールにもヴィンテージを参考にした作り込みを施しています。フロントはオリジナルの鉄ボタン仕様。鉄製タックの裏側には刻印が入ります。 リベットは銅と鉄に銅メッキを組み合わせた構造を採用しています。 コインポケットは生地の地の目をあえてタテ使いにすることで、穿き込んだ際に通称「イナズマ」と呼ばれる独特の色落ちが現れる仕様にしています。 また、ヴィンテージを解体した際に特に注視したのが縫い代の設計です。この縫い代幅が、着用と洗濯を繰り返すことで立体的なパッカリングを生み出し、ジーンズ特有の表情を形作ります。 バックポケットには手押しでスタンプを入れており、手作業のため一本ごとにかすれ方が異なります。バックポケット端には、品番の頭文字「Z」をモチーフにしたステッチがさりげなく入ります。 レザーパッチには、天秤をモチーフにしたクラシカルなグラフィックを採用しています。 穿き込むことで生地の表情が変わり、時間とともに個性が現れていく。そんな経年変化を楽しめる一本に仕上がっています。 A pair of 14oz selvedge denim five-pocket jeans, engineered through the careful deconstruction and study of vintage garments—down to seam allowances and subtle pattern curves. The silhouette is based on a standard straight fit from the 1960s, with a slight taper. While rooted in a classic balance, it has been refined to sit naturally within a modern wardrobe. The fabric is intentionally left in its kibata (loomstate) condition—an unsanforized selvedge denim that has undergone no finishing processes such as preshrinking or singeing. With wear, the fabric develops natural twist, raised fibers, and a distinctive character unique to each pair.Details are executed with a strong reference to vintage construction. The front features original iron buttons, with engraved markings on the reverse side of the iron tacks. The rivets are constructed from a combination of copper and iron with copper plating. The coin pocket is deliberately cut with the grain running vertically, encouraging the emergence of the distinctive fading pattern often referred to as “lightning” with extended wear. Particular attention has also been paid to seam allowance design—an element closely studied from dismantled vintage pieces. Through repeated wear and washing, these allowances create pronounced puckering, shaping the three-dimensional character unique to denim. The back pockets are hand-stamped, resulting in subtle variations in texture and fade from piece to piece. At the edge of the pocket, a discreet stitch motif inspired by the initial “Z” is applied. The leather patch features a classical graphic based on a balance scale motif. As the denim is worn, its expression evolves—revealing a character shaped over time. A pair designed to be lived in, and to age with individuality.
