商品説明 シンプルなサーマルTシャツでありながら、肩傾斜や袖、着丈に至るまで細かな調整を重ね、独自のバランスで設計したボディに仕上げています。 保温力が高いヘビーウェイトのサーマルシャツは、ボディに、20番手のコーマ糸を3本引き揃えて編み立てた、11オンスのオリジナルハニカム生地を採用しています。和歌山でも限られた編み機でしか生産できない希少な生地で、肉厚ながら毛羽立ちが少なく、ハリのある上質な風合いが特徴。 ネック部分は、1940〜50年代の仕様をベースに、天然素材の特性を活かした縫製技術を採用。補強用の生地をパイピング状に巻き込み、フライスとともに縫製することで、強度を保ちながらも自然に馴染みます。 リブには横編み機で製作したオリジナルリブを採用。畦編みとフライス編みを使い分けることで、強度とフィット感を両立さています。 ブランドタグは、綿とレーヨン糸を用い、旧式織機で織り上げています。ヴィンテージの空気感を損なわないデザインとし、流行に左右されない表情に仕上げています。 This thermal T-shirt is simple in appearance, yet the body has been carefully refined through repeated adjustments to details such as the shoulder slope, sleeves, and body length, creating a distinctive overall balance. Designed for excellent warmth, the heavyweight thermal body is made from an original 11 oz honeycomb fabric knitted with three strands of 20-count combed cotton yarn. Produced only on a limited number of knitting machines in Wakayama, this rare fabric has a substantial weight with minimal fuzziness, giving it a firm and refined texture. The neckline is based on construction methods found in garments from the 1940s and 1950s, while making use of sewing techniques suited to the natural characteristics of the material. Reinforcement fabric is wrapped around the edge like piping and sewn together with the ribbed fabric, providing durability while allowing the neckline to naturally conform with wear. The original ribbing is produced on flat knitting machines. By using both rib and plain rib knitting in different areas, it achieves a balance of durability and a comfortable fit. The brand label is woven on vintage looms using cotton and rayon yarns. Its design preserves a vintage character while maintaining a timeless appearance unaffected by passing trends.
