商品説明 シンプルなベルトでありながら、細部まで手仕事へのこだわりを詰め込んだ一本です。 バックルは職人によるサンドキャスト製法で製作。真鍮をベースに銀メッキを施すことで、落ち着いた光沢を持たせています。 バックルの取り付けは手縫い仕様。十分な強度を確保するとともに、交換や修理にも対応しやすい構造とし、長く使うことを前提に製作しています。 革には栃木レザー（牛革）の中でも、繊維密度の高いベンズを使用。オイルをたっぷりと含ませることで、伸びにくくコシのある質感に仕上げています。 コバは職人が一点ずつ手磨きで仕上げています。表側は丁寧に磨き込むことで艶を引き出し、身体に触れる裏側は極力フラットに整えることで、装着時の当たりを抑えています。外からは見えない断面形状にまで配慮し、細部まで丁寧に仕上げました。 革と真鍮は、それぞれ使い込むほどに表情を変え、時間とともに風合いを深めていきます。 ーーーーー Though simple in appearance, this belt is crafted with careful attention to handwork in every detail. The buckle is produced by skilled craftsmen using a sand-casting process. Made from brass and finished with silver plating, it has a subtle, understated luster. The buckle is attached by hand stitching, providing ample strength while also allowing for easier replacement or repair. The construction is designed with long-term use in mind. The leather is made from dense bend leather selected from Tochigi Leather cowhide. Richly infused with oil, it has a firm, resilient feel and is resistant to stretching. Each edge is finished and polished by hand. The outer edge is carefully burnished to bring out a natural sheen, while the reverse side that comes into contact with the body is kept as flat as possible for greater comfort when worn. Even the profile of the edge—normally hidden from view—has been carefully considered and finished. Both the leather and brass develop their own character through use, gradually gaining greater depth and richness over time.
