商品説明 ヴィンテージジーンズを分解・研究し、縫い代の幅や微妙なアールに至るまで、細部を見直して設計した14オンスのセルビッチデニム5ポケットジーンズ。 シルエットは50年代前半、レザーパッチ後期のモデルをベースに設計。腿幅は膝幅よりわずかに広く、膝から裾にかけてほぼ同寸で落ちる、50年代を象徴するストレートシルエットです。クラシックな印象を残しながら、現代のスタイルにも自然に馴染むバランスに整えています。 生地にはあえて生機（きばた）のセルビッチデニムを使用。防縮や毛焼きなどの整理加工を施していないため、穿き込むことで生地の捻れや毛羽立ちが現れ、独特の色落ちと風合いが生まれます。履き続けることで表情が深まり、時間とともに変化していきます。 ディテールにもヴィンテージを参照した仕様を取り入れています。フロントはオリジナルの鉄ボタン仕様。鉄製タックの裏側には刻印を入れ、リベットは銅と鉄に銅メッキを組み合わせたヴィンテージの製法を再現しています。 フロントポケット口のカーブ、バックポケットの形状、コインポケットなど、各部のディテールもZ02XX専用のパターンと縫製仕様で構成。 ベルトループは中央に膨らみを持たせたヴィンテージ仕様とし、生地の厚みによって縫製糸の擦れを軽減する構造としています。 コインポケットは生地の地の目をタテ使いにすることで、穿き込んだ際に通称「イナズマ」と呼ばれる独特の色落ちが現れる設計です。 また、縫い代の設計にも注力しています。この幅の違いが、着用と洗濯を繰り返すことで立体的なパッカリングを生み、ジーンズ特有の表情を形作ります。 ポケットには手押しでスタンプを施しており、一本ごとにかすれ方が異なります。バックポケット端には、品番の頭文字「Z」をモチーフにした刺繍をさりげなく配置しています。 穿き込むことで生地の表情が変化し、時間とともに個性が現れる一本です。 A 14oz selvedge denim five-pocket jean, designed through the process of deconstructing and studying vintage jeans, with every detail reconsidered—from seam allowances to the subtle curves throughout. The silhouette is based on early 1950s models from the latter leather patch era. The thigh is slightly wider than the knee, falling almost straight from the knee to the hem—an iconic straight silhouette of the 1950s. It retains a classic impression while maintaining a balance that naturally integrates into modern styling. The fabric is intentionally left in its kibata (loomstate) condition—an unsanforized selvedge denim that has undergone no finishing processes such as preshrinking or singeing. With wear, the fabric develops natural twist, raised fibers, and a distinctive character unique to each pair. Details are constructed with reference to vintage specifications. The front features original iron buttons, with stamped markings on the reverse of the iron tacks. The rivets combine copper and iron with a copper-plated finish, reproducing traditional vintage methods. The front pocket curve, back pocket shape, and coin pocket are all developed using exclusive patterns and sewing specifications for the Z02XX. Belt loops are designed with a central bulge, following vintage construction, allowing the fabric thickness to reduce friction on the stitching. The coin pocket is cut with the fabric grain running vertically, allowing a distinctive fade—often referred to as “lightning”—to emerge with wear. Particular attention has also been given to seam construction. The width of the seam allowances creates dimensional puckering through repeated wear and washing, forming the characteristic texture of denim. Each pocket is hand-stamped, resulting in slight variations from piece to piece. A subtle embroidery, inspired by the initial “Z” of the model name, is placed at the edge of the back pocket. As the denim is worn, the fabric evolves, gradually revealing its own unique character over time.
