商品説明 ヴィンテージスウェットの仕様を細部まで研究し、丁寧に再構築した一着です。 身幅と着丈のバランスを見直し、着心地の良い生地と組み合わせることで、日常に自然と馴染むスタンダードな一着に仕上げています。 糸の種類や番手のベストな組み合わせで製作したオリジナルの丸胴ボディ※は、ふっくらとした柔らかな風合いが特徴です。腰リブも丸編みによる継ぎ目のない仕様とし、やや細めに設計したリブを伸ばしながら縫製することで、程よいフィット感を生み出しています。 吊り編み機でゆっくりと編み立てた生地は、裏起毛もふっくらとした仕上がりに。着込むことで徐々に生地が馴染み、ヴィンテージ同様に表情が深まっていきます。 ネックにはフライスを重ねてはめ込む前V仕様を採用し、クラシカルなスウェットのディテールを残しています。 縫製は2本針仕様。あえて膨らみを持たせて縫い上げることでステッチ糸を保護し、擦れを軽減する古来の工夫を再現しています。 ブランドタグは、綿とレーヨン糸を用い、旧式織機で織り上げています。ヴィンテージの空気感を損なわないデザインとし、流行に左右されない表情に仕上げています。 ※サイズ42と44は脇に縫製が入る仕様になります A carefully reconstructed piece, developed through close study of vintage sweatshirt construction down to the finest details. By reconsidering the balance between body width and length, and combining it with a fabric designed for comfort, it has been shaped into a standard piece that settles naturally into everyday wear. The original tubular body*, developed through the best combination of yarn types and counts, is characterized by its soft, full texture. The waist rib is also knit in a seamless tubular construction, and by sewing the slightly narrower rib while stretching it, it creates a comfortable, natural fit. The fabric is slowly knitted on a loopwheel machine, resulting in a softly brushed interior with a full hand. With continued wear, the fabric gradually softens and develops a deeper character, much like vintage garments. The neckline features a double-layered inset V construction, preserving a classic sweatshirt detail. The garment is sewn with a two-needle construction. By intentionally allowing slight fullness in the seams, it recreates a traditional method designed to protect the stitching threads and reduce friction over time. The brand label is woven on a traditional shuttle loom using cotton and rayon yarns. Its design preserves a vintage sensibility, resulting in a timeless expression that is not influenced by trends. *Sizes 42 and 44 are constructed with side seams.
