商品説明 シンプルなTシャツでありながら、細部にまで私たちのこだわりを詰め込んだ一着です。 特にネック部分は、1940～50年代の仕様をベースに、天然素材の特性を活かした縫製技術を採用。補強用の生地をパイピング状に巻き込み、フライスとともに縫製することで、強度を保ちながらも自然に馴染む仕上がりとしています。 生地にはアメリカ産コットンを使用したムラ感の強い太番手の糸を採用し、和歌山に現存する旧式の吊り編み機で作られています。 8.3オンスの丸胴ボディは、光に透かした際に現れる豊かなムラ感と、ふっくらとした柔らかな着心地が特徴です。 裾には、均一なステッチを保つ高度な技術が求められる天地引きで仕上げています。 手首に自然にフィットするリブの仕様。定番的でありながら、長く使い続けられるバランスに整えています。 ブランドタグは、綿とレーヨン糸を使い旧式織機にて織り上げました。タグデザインもヴィンテージの空気感を損なわないようにし、 流行に左右されることのない、不変的な表情に仕上げています。 A simple T-shirt, shaped through careful attention to detail throughout. The fabric is made from coarse, irregular yarn spun from American cotton, knitted on a vintage loopwheel machine in Wakayama. The 8.3oz tubular body is characterized by its soft, airy feel and the rich irregular texture that becomes visible when held up to the light. The hem is finished with a single-needle technique that requires a high level of precision to maintain even stitching. The rib is designed to fit naturally at the wrist, offering a balanced, timeless feel suited for long-term wear. The brand label is woven on a traditional shuttle loom using cotton and rayon yarns. Its design preserves a vintage sensibility, resulting in a timeless expression that is not influenced by trends.
