商品説明 上質な着心地を目指して製作した、ヴィンテージスタイルのTシャツです。 16番手のラフィ糸を使用し、吊り編み機でじっくりと編み上げた6.1オンスのオリジナル生地を採用。薄すぎず厚すぎない絶妙なバランスと、素肌に自然と馴染むやわらかな風合いが特徴です。一度着ると手放せなくなるような着心地に仕上げています。 ネックまわりには、ヴィンテージTシャツに見られるタコバインダー仕様を採用。ダブルチェーンステッチミシンにより、肩からネック背面を通って反対側の肩までバインダー始末を施しています。縫い代の凹凸による違和感を軽減するとともに、肩から首まわりにかけての強度を高めた構造です。 ボディには、アメリカ産コットンを使用したムラ感の強い糸を採用し、和歌山に現存する旧式の吊り編み機で編み立てています。 柔らかな吊り編み生地は、着込むほどにジーンズのようなねじれが生じます。ヴィンテージと同様の仕様を再現したものです。 裾や袖口は、昔ながらの2本針による縫製で仕上げています。 サイズ感はSS-01よりわずかに大きめに設定。着丈の違いを活かしたレイヤードスタイルにも適したバランスです。 ブランドタグは、綿とレーヨン糸を用い、旧式織機で織り上げています。ヴィンテージの空気感を損なわないデザインとし、流行に左右されない表情に仕上げています。 A vintage-style T-shirt developed with a focus on refined comfort.The fabric is a 6.1oz original, knitted slowly on a loopwheel machine using No.16 raffy yarn. It offers a well-balanced weight—neither too light nor too heavy—along with a soft texture that naturally settles against the skin. The result is a level of comfort that becomes difficult to part with.The neckline features a vintage-inspired binder construction, often referred to as a “tako-binder.” Using a double chain-stitch machine, the binding runs continuously from one shoulder, across the back of the neck, to the opposite shoulder. This structure reduces discomfort caused by seam irregularities while reinforcing strength around the neck and shoulder area. The body is made from irregular yarn spun from American cotton and knitted on a vintage loopwheel machine in Wakayama. With continued wear, the soft loopwheel fabric develops a natural twist, similar to denim—reflecting vintage construction methods. The hem and sleeve openings are finished with a traditional two-needle stitching method. The fit is set slightly larger than the SS-01, offering a balanced silhouette suitable for layered styling, taking advantage of the difference in length. The brand label is woven on a traditional shuttle loom using cotton and rayon yarns. Its design preserves a vintage sensibility, resulting in a timeless expression that is not influenced by trends.
